JOB OVERVIEW

We're a performance marketing agency. We run paid acquisition for clients worldwide, and our sales happen entirely in writing on Telegram — with buyers in the US, UK and Europe.

Our leads come to us. They're warm. This is not a cold-calling role — you will not dial a single number, and there is no script.

Right now our inbound is growing faster than one person can hold, and the losses aren't at the front — they're in the follow-up. Buyers who asked a real question and waited. Clients who signed and never got chased through onboarding. That's the job: nothing goes cold on your watch.

What you'll do

Own every conversation where a customer is waiting on us, and clear it inside 20 minutes
Chase the middle of the pipeline — proposals, quotes, pending answers, open questions
Chase new clients through onboarding until they're properly live
Revive stalled conversations and hand the warm ones back to the closer
Report every week on what's open, what's moving, what's dead

Where it goes

This starts as a follow-up seat and is built to become a closing seat. Hit the standard for three months and you take your own live leads, with commission on what you close. We'd rather grow a closer than hire one.

What you need

You've handled customers in writing before — chat, email or CRM. Support counts. Cold calling doesn't.
Clean, short, natural English. Our buyers read three-line messages on a phone. No formal letter-writing.
You can tell a "thanks!" from a real question without being told
You close your own loops. An unanswered message genuinely bothers you.
Reliable internet and a quiet setup, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
Every other weekend you're on call — three 30-minute queue checks across the day, then you're free. The alternate weekend is completely yours.

Our clients

We work in regulated and high-risk verticals — crypto, online gambling, adult/creator platforms, IPTV and peptides. This is real, it's most of our book, and you'll be in those conversations daily. If that's not for you, this isn't your role, and that's completely fine — please don't apply.

Pay

$650/month base to start, plus up to $150/month performance — so $650–800 depending on your numbers
On promotion to closer: higher base plus commission on every deal you close
Paid trial task before any offer
Full-time, 40 hours, permanent

In two sentences: a customer asked us a question four days ago and nobody replied. What do you send now? Write the actual message, ready to send.
Your monthly rate in USD, and the earliest date you could start a paid trial.
