Sales-Focused Virtual Assistant Lead (Strong Closer with Admin Skills) – U.S. Cleaning Business
We are hiring a Sales-Oriented Virtual Assistant who knows how to confidently handle objections and close deals over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads interested in our U.S.-based cleaning services, and your primary goal is to convert those inquiries into paying customers and booked jobs.
This is a high-responsibility role with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and is driven by results.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in sales conversations, builds trust quickly, and does not shy away from tough questions or objections.
Key Responsibilities:
Take inbound sales calls from interested leads and follow up with outbound calls as needed
Respond to all inbound leads within 5 minutes or less during your shift
Confidently pitch our services and guide customers through pricing and service options
Convert a minimum of 50% of qualified sales calls into booked cleanings
Handle common objections (pricing, scheduling, trust concerns) with professionalism and confidence
Follow up daily with all unconverted leads until they are booked or disqualified
Work through existing lead lists to generate additional bookings
Manage CRM updates, lead tracking, and detailed post-call notes
Assist with scheduling, follow-up
Communicate clearly with clients and cleaners regarding scheduling updates
Identify and proactively fill gaps in the schedule
Ensure all cleaners are fully booked each week (primary performance goal)
Assist with recruiting cleaners, including job postings, initial screening, and outreach
Support onboarding coordination for new cleaners as needed
Maintain excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
Performance Expectations:
Minimum 50% close rate on qualified inbound calls
Fast response time (under 5 minutes during shift)
Daily outbound follow-up on all active leads
High daily activity (calls, texts, CRM updates, follow-ups)
100% accuracy in CRM notes and tracking
Primary success metric: booked jobs and fully scheduled cleaners
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English with clear, confident communication skills
Proven ability to overcome objections and close sales over the phone
Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based customers and building rapport quickly
Strong sales mindset with a focus on results, not just tasks
Detail-oriented with strong administrative follow-through
Ability to multitask between calls, CRM updates, and scheduling in real time
Highly self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant supervision
Strong sense of urgency and accountability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
Experience in cleaning, home services, or service-based sales is a plus
Management or leadership experience is a plus
Work Expectations (Philippines-Based Role):
Must be available to work overnight hours aligned with U.S. Central Time (approximately 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST)
Must be punctual and ready to start shift on time daily
Strict attendance policy during training and ongoing employment
Must remain active, responsive, and engaged throughout the shift
Must be available on camera during training and tea
This is not a passive or task-only role — this is a performance-driven sales position
Technical Requirements:
Minimum 30 Mbps wired Internet connection
Quiet, professional work environment with no background noise
Backup Internet and backup device required
Ability to work across multiple systems (CRM, scheduling software, phone system)
Compensation & Hours:
$3.00 – $3.25 per hour (depending on experience) plus performance-based incentives
Full-time role (40 hours per week)
Must be available Monday through Sunday, with two scheduled days off coordinated with the team
