Pay: Base plus commission
$300USD base

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time)
Location: Remote (must be able to work EST hours)
Language Requirement: Excellent English communication skills

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Expert with strong B2B experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and highly skilled at generating and nurturing leads. You will leverage LinkedIn, scraping tools, and social media platforms to identify prospects, follow up consistently, and move leads through the sales pipeline.

You must be comfortable following scripts while also bringing your own expertise to improve conversion. Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) is required, as this role involves managing outreach, pipelines, and automation through the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn, scraping tools, and social media.

Manage lead pipelines and follow-up sequences within Go High Level (GHL).

Execute outbound prospecting campaigns, following proven scripts and messaging.

Conduct professional conversations with decision-makers in fluent English.

Track, report, and optimize outreach activities for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with the team to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion strategies.

Requirements

Proven B2B sales and lead generation experience.

Strong command of written and spoken English.

Experience with Go High Level (GHL).

Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, scraping tools, and social media prospecting.

Ability to follow scripts and processes while maintaining a natural, engaging communication style.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work 10 AM – 6 PM EST.

Preferred Skills

Background in digital marketing, PR, or agency sales.

Familiarity with CRM tools beyond GHL.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines.

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate or performance-based pay (to be discussed).
