We are growing and looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help expand our client base.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced, self-driven Sales Executive who understands complex B2B services sales—particularly in the Salesforce and RevOps ecosystem. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and helping position Revenue Ops as a strategic partner.
This is a remote role, but the candidate must work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours to align with our team and client base.
Key Responsibilities:
-Generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and partnerships
-Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
-Lead discovery calls to uncover business challenges and position Revenue Ops solutions
-Collaborate with internal consultants to scope projects and develop proposals
-Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
-Build long-term relationships with founders, RevOps leaders, marketing leaders, and Salesforce stakeholders and Salesforce sales reps
-Represent Revenue Ops professionally in sales calls and industry conversations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
-3–7+ years of B2B services sales experience
-Experience selling Salesforce, RevOps, or marketing technology services strongly preferred
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
-Comfortable selling consultative, solution-based engagements
-Strong discovery and communication skills
-Highly organized and self-motivated
-Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM)
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment
-Available during standard EST business hours (required)

Compensation:
-Competitive base salary + commission structure, open to negotiation for the right candidate. Currently $2000 USD/mo. + 10% of first-year TCV for new business
-Performance-based upside
