Pay Rates

$2,000+ per month (base salary + OTE).

Hours Per Week
Minimum 40 hours for base salary.

Working Hours
8 hours per day on a set 5 out of 7 days per week.

Payment
Salary and commissions paid monthly directly into your bank account.

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, persuasive, commission-driven Sales Executive who is comfortable asking for the sale and working in a target-driven environment.

You will be closing warm leads who have already gone through a vetted and filtered process. By the time leads speak with you, they are typically much closer to buying our services.

You must be able to build trust quickly, communicate naturally, handle objections with confidence, and move conversations towards a decision.

This role suits someone who is highly driven by performance, enjoys targets, thrives on commission, and knows how to turn interest into sales.

Daily Responsibilities

Conduct professional video sales calls with high-quality audio, video, and lighting.
Follow established sales processes and frameworks.
Handle leads and follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, SMS, and phone.
Organise, track, and nurture leads using CRM systems.
Monitor your own sales performance, closing ratios, and KPIs.
Attend weekly sales meetings and in-house sales training.
Provide sales updates and reporting.
Work closely with the Sales Manager and senior management team.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant and demonstrable sales experience in a similar closing role.
Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and targets.
Professional or business English level of C1 or above.
Strong ability to build rapport and carry natural conversations with international customers.
A natural salesperson who is self-motivated, proactive, and hungry to maximise commissions.
Strong objection-handling and closing ability.
Comfortable speaking with prospective clients over video, phone, email, and chat.
Technically competent and able to use CRM systems and online tools.
Able to work effectively in an ambitious and fast-paced small business.
Able to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, organised, and able to plan ahead.
Fast and stable internet connection.
Access to a sufficiently powerful laptop or PC (16GB RAM, i5 or equivalent processor, at least 3.5 GHz).
Access to a tidy and professional workspace with good lighting, video, and audio.
Enthusiastic, optimistic, and dependable.
Professional, approachable, and a strong listener.
Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Sense of humour and positive attitude.
Genuine interest in helping students improve their English and pass their exam.
