About Us

CR Movers Inc. is a fast-growing professional moving company based in Toronto, Canada. We handle residential and commercial moves across the Greater Toronto Area and all over Canada. As demand continues to grow, we are expanding our sales team.

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive who can confidently convert inbound and outbound leads into booked moves.

Role Overview

This is not a passive customer service role. We are looking for someone with 5 to 10 years of strong sales experience and a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.

You will be responsible for closing deals, handling objections, and turning leads into confirmed bookings. We are looking for someone who does not accept “no” without a valid reason, understands urgency, and knows how to guide clients toward a decision.

Key Responsibilities

Contact inbound leads via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email
Qualify leads and close bookings for moving services
Handle objections confidently (price, timing, competition, hesitation)
Follow up persistently until a clear yes or no is received
Book confirmed jobs directly into our system
Maintain accurate notes and updates in CRM
Meet or exceed weekly booking targets
Respond to new leads within minutes to maximize conversion
Communicate professionally with Canadian clients

What We’re Looking For

? Proven sales closing experience (service-based industry preferred)
? Strong English communication (spoken & written)
? Confident, persuasive, and assertive personality
? Ability to handle objections without sounding aggressive
? Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
? Comfortable working with scripts but able to adapt naturally
? Strong internet connection and quiet work environment
? Willingness to work Eastern Standard Time (Toronto-based)
? Open to working on weekends
