JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote
Position Type: Part-Time to Full-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor

ONEMORE Pickleball Club is a fast-growing community dedicated to promoting pickleball, building relationships, and creating engaging programs. We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales & Partnerships Leader to drive sales, manage coach and membership requests, and develop strategic partnerships and sponsorships. This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships, is results-driven, and has a passion for pickleball and community growth. Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Lead sales efforts to achieve and exceed membership, event, and sponsorship targets

Develop and execute strategies for membership growth, event attendance, and revenue expansion

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners

Identify and pursue new sponsorship and strategic partnership opportunities

Develop customized sponsorship proposals and activation concepts

Secure sponsors for leagues, tournaments, events, apparel, and programs

Negotiate partnership terms subject to leadership approval

Manage sponsor onboarding, fulfillment, and renewals

Develop and implement client retention programs to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty

Manage and leverage CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales performance

Represent the club professionally at virtual and in-person events

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management

Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required

Strong CRM knowledge and experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

Demonstrated ability to retain and grow client relationships

Experience cultivating partnerships and sponsorships

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

Passion for pickleball and promoting a positive team culture

Compensation & Work Schedule:

1099 Independent Contractor

Hourly Rate: $5 – $10 per hour (depending on experience)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EDT

Weekly Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week

Optional monthly retainer

Performance-based commission on sponsorship and sales revenue
