About Elemental
Elemental is a US-based premium drinkware brand based in CA, USA, serving B2B and promotional customers. We work with distributors, corporate buyers, and partners to deliver high-quality, custom drinkware solutions. We are building a lean, execution-driven sales team and are looking for a Sales Development VA who can actively manage and close live deals, manage follow-ups, and prospect leads while maintaining a great relationship with buyers and maximizing their potential.
Role Overview
In this position, you will work closely with US-based Account Managers to support deal execution, prospecting, sales follow-ups to close projects, and develop new strategies to find leads for the sales pipeline. You are expected to think, validate, and communicate proactively, implement a strategy to efficiently close sales, build relationships with customers, and maximize their partnership with Elemental. If you prefer purely admin work or need constant direction, this role will not be a good fit.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage sales territory under the supervision of an account manager in the US.
- Assist in sales strategy execution (pricing tiers, promos, bundles) to expand sales.
- Contribute to team sales targets and activity-based KPIs (outreach, follow-ups, meetings booked)
- Prepare and validate sales decks, pricing sheets, proposals, and catalogs
- Track deals, orders, and basic pipeline updates

- Find, qualify leads, and book meetings for Account Managers
- Follow up quickly on inbound leads and re-engage cold or stalled prospects
- Handle sales-related phone calls (inbound and follow-ups)
- Provide daily and weekly sales activity and progress reports
- Confirm data accuracy before submission
- Help maintain great relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales support, SDR, or sales coordination roles
- Comfortable with follow-ups, prospecting, and sales-related calls
- Strong attention to detail (pricing and data accuracy matter)
- Experience working with CRM
- Can work independently without constant reminders
- Proactively asks smart questions and proposes solutions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. You don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Understands urgency, ownership, and accountability in sales work
- Comfortable speaking up during meetings and contributing feedback
- Fully committed during working hours (no other clients during shift)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in B2B sales or promotional products
- Familiarity with pricing tiers, discounts, and bundles

Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
- Rate: $6/hour (8 hours/day with 1-hour unpaid break)
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses tied to sales contribution and results
