Spartan Technology Group specializes in EDI, API, and TMS integrations for trucking companies, freight brokerages, and logistics providers across the United States.
We are looking for a confident Sales Development Representative who can confidently speak with business decision makers, identify upcoming technology projects, and schedule qualified meetings.
This is NOT a customer service position.
Responsibilities
Make 80–100 outbound calls per day
Call transportation companies throughout the United States
Speak with IT Directors, Operations Managers, Business Owners, and other decision makers
Identify companies with upcoming EDI, API, or TMS integration projects
Schedule qualified meetings
Update Apollo CRM after every conversation
Send follow-up

Required Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls per day
Previous B2B cold calling or appointment setting experience
Strong objection handling skills
Professional phone presence
Reliable internet connection
Quiet work environment
Highly Preferred

$4.00 USD per hour
25 hours per week
Monday – Friday
9:30 AM – 2:30 PM Central Time (USA)
Performance bonuses are available for qualified meetings that are completed.
