JOB OVERVIEW

We are an accounting company that works exclusively with English-speaking clients.
We are looking for a part-time SDR with strong social outreach skills who is detail-oriented, proactive, witty, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers online.
This role has the potential to move to full-time based on results and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing (Primary Focus)
- Conduct daily cold outreach using our defined Facebook outreach method
- Initiate and manage conversations via ---------- across Facebook and other platforms with ---------- capabilities
- Identify potential leads through groups, profiles, comments, and niche communities
- Qualify prospects based on provided criteria and schedule genuinely interested leads for a sales call
- Use judgment to d ---------- when automation vs personal outreach is appropriate

Secondary Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social platforms with the goal of conversation-starting
- Participate in relevant conversations on behalf of the brand to build familiarity and trust
- Support engagement and outreach inside our private community using pre-created content
- Assist with light follow-up and nurture of existing leads to encourage reactivation
- Schedule pre-made posts using automation tools as needed

This role does not generally include content creation, copywriting, video editing, or graphic design. Scripts, training, SOPs, and tools are provided.

Compensation & Benefits
- $6 USD per hour (approximately PHP 353 per hour)
- Performance bonus paid on first-time qualified leads only
- 100% remote
- Weekly pay
- No weekend work
- Paid training
- Opportunity to move from part-time to full-time
- Estimated weekly pay: $120 USD per week for part-time hours

Schedule Requirements
- Must be available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
- This schedule corresponds to 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM Philippine Time.

Requirements
- Mastery of the English language, spoken and written
- English proficiency will be tested prior to hiring
- Quiet work environment
