JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing SaaS company selling software solutions to real estate managers and businesses that require software integrations.
We’re looking for a high-performing SDR who is confident, fluent in English, extremely driven, and experienced in outbound sales.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who knows how to generate opportunities, not just “make calls”.
What You’ll Do
Make high-volume outbound cold calls to decision-makers (B2B)
Generate and qualify leads via calls, email, and LinkedIn
Book high-quality meetings for the sales team
Work with CRM systems to track activity and pipeline
Support marketing and sales initiatives when needed
Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and objection handling
Represent the company professionally with prospects in the US/EU markets
Requirements (Very Important – Please Read Carefully)

Must-Have
Fluent, near-native English (clear pronunciation and strong comprehension)
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an SDR / BDR / cold caller (B2B preferred)
Strong experience with:
Cold calling
Lead generation
CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Confident speaking with managers, founders, and executives
Highly motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and professional home setup
Nice to Have (Big Advantage)
SaaS sales experience
Experience selling to real estate, property management, or tech-enabled businesses
Familiarity with integrations, software platforms, or APIs
Experience working with US or European clients
Previous quota-carrying role with measurable results
