Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote | Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, generating leads, and setting up opportunities for the sales team.
As an SDR, your main responsibility will be to identify potential customers, reach out to them through various channels, and qualify them for the next step in the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls,
Identify and qualify potential leads
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
Maintain and update CRM with accurate information
Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
Requirements
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Background in B2B sales
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
Work Setup
