The Role
We're looking for someone to join our small but growing team with an SDR background wanting an accelerated pathway to Inside Sales.
This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a profitable start-up that has a real and positive impact on people's lives.

What You'll Be Doing

Converting inbound leads from our campaigns into conversations with the founders and yourself
Calling warmed leads (40–50 calls per day)
Nurturing and growing new business opportunities within the SMB segment (companies with <600 employees) in APAC
Understanding prospective customers' pain points and educating them on Leda's value
Guiding prospects through the sales process with the founder
Managing some opportunities to close, readying yourself to move into an Inside Sales role

Skills You'll Need

Minimum 12 months experience in an SDR or Inside Sales role
Highly empathetic and likeable on the phone, with great communication skills to explain, influence and persuade
Clear English with confident, friendly delivery
Preferably experience in tech, training, online learning, or selling to HR / People and Culture teams
Familiarity with Australian business culture is a plus


Hours & Pay
Schedule:

Part-time to start: 20 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 10am–12pm and 1–3pm AEST)
Path to full-time for top performers

Compensation:

$7 USD/hour base
$40 USD per sat meeting
Part-time earnings: ~$680–780/month
Full-time performers: $1,400–1,600+/month

Technical Requirements:

Your own computer or laptop (not a phone or tablet)
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Headset with microphone
Quiet workspace with minimal background noise
