We work with clients across industries to streamline operations, increase revenue, and future-proof their businesses using the power of artificial intelligence.

We’re growing fast and looking for a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive new client acquisition through Upwork, LinkedIn, and outbound prospecting.

Role Overview

As our SDR, you’ll be responsible for generating new opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients. You’ll be the first point of contact — warming up leads and booking consult calls for our AI strategy and development team.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, and excited about the future of AI.

Responsibilities

Search and bid on relevant AI consulting and development projects on Upwork daily

Identify potential clients on LinkedIn and engage through DM outreach

Manage and track leads using CRM tools (HubSpot or Airtable)

Send follow-up messages and nurture cold/warm leads

Set appointments and hand off qualified leads to our internal team

Assist with writing personalized outreach messages and short proposals

Track KPIs: outreach volume, response rates, and booked calls

Requirements

Proven experience as an SDR, Lead Generation Specialist, or Virtual Assistant in a sales role

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or CRM systems

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Fast learner who’s comfortable with new technology and AI tools

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet daily targets

Compensation & Growth

Base Salary: $600–$1,500/month (depending on experience)

Bonuses: $50–$150 per booked qualified meeting

Performance-based raises and promotions to Account Executive or Project Coordinator roles
