We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify high-quality leads that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and fuel our sales engine.
What You’ll Do
-Prospect and outbound to commercial & industrial construction companies (calls,
-Research, analyze, and data-mine leads to determine ICP fit (industry, self-performing work, project type, equipment usage, decision-makers)
-Qualify leads based on fit, timing, and rental potential — not just interest
-Provide clean, accurate lead intelligence to Account Managers
-Research companies and job sites
-Maintain accurate CRM data and lead statuses in HubSpot
-Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Tech teams to improve lead quality
-Consistently hit activity, quality, and opportunity-based targets
