JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (outbound) to join our team. We offer fixed guaranteed monthly salary and bonus potential for high performers.

Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls, send emails/DMs/SMS to connect with potential clients (warm leads).
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and scripts to identify strong prospects.
• Schedule appointments between potential clients and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to nurture ongoing interest.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies.
• Report metrics such as calls made and appointments set.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms is an advantage.
• A positive attitude and resilience in overcoming challenges.
