About the Role
I’m building a white-label SaaS product for the healthcare sector in Australia (NDIS and aged care providers), and I’m looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate leads and start conversations with potential clients.
This is not a passive role.
I’m looking for someone confident in outreach, comfortable starting conversations, and focused on booking qualified calls.
This role will begin as a 14-day paid part-time trial while I test market demand.
If we gain traction, this will quickly grow into a long-term, higher-hour position with consistent work.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Reaching out to potential clients (NDIS providers, aged care businesses)
• Sending messages via LinkedIn,
• Following up with leads consistently (this is where most conversions happen)
• Qualifying leads before booking calls
• Booking appointments directly into my calendar
• Keeping lead tracking organised (simple CRM updates)
• Providing feedback on what messaging is working in the market

What I’m Looking For
• Experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Strong written English (clear, natural, not robotic)
• Confidence starting conversations with business owners
• Consistency and follow-through (this role rewards persistence)
• Ability to work independently and hit daily activity targets
• Bonus: Experience with GoHighLevel, LinkedIn outreach, or SaaS sales

Role Structure
• Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
• Initial phase: 14-day paid part-time trial
• Next phase: Increased hours + ongoing role if results are strong
• Potential for performance bonuses based on booked calls or conversions

• Qualified calls booked into calendar
