JOB OVERVIEW

Sales Development Representative (Full-Time, Remote)

The Sheltowee Network helps small and mid-sized businesses and early-stage companies work smarter through virtual assistant services, fractional executive leadership and practical AI productivity tools. We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to find and qualify new clients and book them into meetings with our business development lead.

What you'll do

Research and build prospect lists of business owners and operators
Run outreach by email, LinkedIn and phone
Qualify leads on short discovery calls: need, decision-maker, budget, timing
Book qualified prospects into Microsoft Teams meetings with our business development lead
Keep our CRM up to date and follow up on proposals
Target: 5–6 qualified meetings held per week

You bring

1+ years in B2B sales, appointment setting or lead generation
Fluent written and spoken English for calls and email with US business owners
Comfortable with cold outreach and hearing "no"
Experience with a CRM, LinkedIn and Apollo or similar tools
Available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM US Eastern time

Base salary plus commissions paid out twice a month.
