WE’RE HIRING: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Company: Snap Dental Labs
Location: Remote
Base Pay: $800/month
On-Target Earnings: $2,000–$3,000/month
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission per Closed Account

About the Role:

Snap Dental Labs is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help convert interested dental clinics into active accounts.

You’ll primarily work with warm leads from advertising, email campaigns, and other marketing efforts. Your role is to build relationships, follow up with prospects, answer questions, and help move them toward becoming customers.

This is not just cold calling all day.

Responsibilities:
• Follow up with inbound and outbound leads
• Build relationships with doctors and office managers
• Explain our services and handle objections
• Convert interested clinics into active accounts
• Keep CRM records organized
• Meet monthly sales targets

Ideal Candidate:
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Goal-driven and motivated
• Sales experience is preferred
• Dental experience is a plus, but not required
