Role
Own outbound pipeline generation. Identify prospects, start conversations, and convert cold leads into qualified opportunities.
What You Actually Do
Prospect daily. No excuses. Calls,
Generate and qualify new leads.
Book meetings for closing team or close yourself if applicable.
Build and manage a clean pipeline in CRM.
Follow up aggressively. Most deals die here.
Handle objections without sounding scripted.
Track metrics and improve weekly.
Targets (non-negotiable)
80–120 outbound calls per day
20–40 new contacts added daily
8–15 meetings booked per week
Consistent pipeline growth every month
