Role Summary

As a Sales Development Representative, your role is to connect with businesses and introduce them to our Refer & Earn program, a simple way for them to generate additional revenue by promoting our platform.

You will guide partners through the process of signing up and installing a widget on their website, enabling them to earn commissions from referrals. This role is ideal for individuals who are persuasive, energetic, and motivated by performance and conversions.

What You’ll Do
Conduct outbound outreach via calls and emails to introduce the referral program
Clearly explain the earning potential and value proposition to business owners
Drive partner sign-ups and widget placements
Perform consistent and strategic follow-ups to maximize conversions
Maintain accurate records of all outreach and progress in the CRM system

How Success is Measured || Your performance will be evaluated based on:
Number of partners onboarded per week
Activation rate (partners who successfully install the widget)
Conversion rate from outreach to signup

Sales-driven and persuasive, with the ability to sell opportunities—not just products
Confident in explaining earning potential and ROI-based pitches

Fluent in English with clear and natural communication
