Vibefam is a fast-growing SaaS platform purpose-built for boutique fitness studios and gyms. We give fitness entrepreneurs — from Pilates studios to martial arts academies — everything they need to run and grow their business in one place: class scheduling, automated payments, membership management, lead capture, referral marketing, and an AI-powered business dashboard that works like a 24/7 business strategist.

We serve 400,000+ users across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and beyond. Our clients grow an average of 50% in their first six months with us — and they stay because we make their lives genuinely easier.

We're now taking Vibefam to the US and Canada, and we need driven SDRs to help us bring our product to the fitness studios that need it most.

The Role
As our Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for fitness studio owners across the US and Canada. Your mission is simple: start the conversation, build genuine interest in Vibefam, and secure qualified sales appointments for our Account Executives. You will not be closing deals, but you will be the face and voice that makes those deals possible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting
- Make 80–100 cold calls per day to boutique fitness studio owners and operators in the US and Canada
- Research each prospect before calling to personalise your pitch — understand their studio type, size, current software, pain points, and growth goals
- Clearly articulate Vibefam's value proposition and product USPs in a compelling, tailored manner
- Qualify prospects and secure a minimum of 12 sales appointments per month
- Follow-Up & Appointment Management
- Independently draft and send personalised follow-up emails and text messages to high-intent prospects
- Send timely appointment reminders to maximise show-up rates
- Respond to prospect questions via email or text in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Performance & Reporting
- Participate in bi-weekly sync-ups with your manager to review performance metrics, share insights, and refine your approach
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, call notes, and prospect status
- Continuously improve pitch quality based on feedback and performance data

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves
- Excellent spoken and written English, with a neutral or easily understood accent
- Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls each day — resilient and persistent by nature
- Strong research skills — able to gather and use relevant prospect information to personalise outreach
- Ability to independently compose professional, concise follow-up emails and text messages
- Self-motivated and accountable — able to work independently and maintain productivity during US business hours
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment at home

Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience in BPO, outbound sales, or SDR roles
- Familiarity with the fitness or wellness industry
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) or sales dialers
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding outbound targets

Contract Details
- 3-month fixed term contract, with an opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance at the end of the contract
- Remote
- US business hours (EST or PST)
- Commission-based incentive paid above base salary
