About The Role
As an SDR at Engage, you’ll play a critical role in cold calling potential clients, introducing them to our platform, and live-transferring to our Account Executives (AEs). Your success will be measured by how many of your generated opportunities convert into closed deals.

???? Top SDRs typically generate 15-25 closed deals per month!

Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 500 outbound calls per day via a power dialer
- Live transfer at least 2 qualified leads per day to our Account Executive team
- Consistently generate high-quality opportunities that convert into closed deals
- Work alongside AEs to maximize conversions and exceed sales targets
- Build rapport and maintain strong communication with potential clients
- Maintain detailed records of calls and interactions in our CRM

Qualifications:
? Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
? 3-5+ years of sales experience (SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales roles)
? Proven track record of exceeding quotas (consistent top 10% performer)
? Experience in cold calling & outbound sales
? Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build relationships with clients
? Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
? Startup experience is a plus!

Compensation & Earning Potential
