We’re Hiring: Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
Work Setup: 100% Remote
Rate: $6/hour + Commission of up to $1000
Schedule: U.S. EST Hours

What You'll Be Doing:
- Make 500 calls per day (Don’t worry — 80% go to voicemail, and we provide proven scripts to help you succeed)
- Prospect and qualify potential B2B leads
- Set high-converting appointments for our closing team
- Work closely with AEs and gain the experience to become one yourself
- Understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed daily KPIs for outreach, appointments, and conversions
- Success Tip: Since most calls go to voicemail, how you perform on the 20% who answer is what really counts. We’ll coach you to make every conversation count.

- Experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
- Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and performance metrics
- Coachable, self-driven, and eager to grow into a closer role
