About Access Plus Health
Access Plus Health is a physician-led compliance company providing medical directorship, collaborative practice agreements, and regulatory compliance services to healthcare businesses across all 50 U.S. states. Founded by a Harvard-trained, board-certified dermatologist, we serve med spas, aesthetics clinics, IV therapy practices, and nurse practitioner-led businesses. We are scaling rapidly and building the sales infrastructure to match our growth.
The Role
We're hiring our first SDR to support the founder (and eventually a dedicated U.S.-based closer) in converting inbound leads into clients. Your job is to make our sales team more efficient by handling everything that isn't the actual selling conversation: qualifying leads, booking discovery calls, managing the CRM, assembling proposals, following up, and keeping the pipeline clean.
You will NOT be cold-calling or doing hard sales. Our leads come in through our website, webinars, referrals, and social media. Your job is to be the organized, responsive, detail-oriented engine that ensures no lead falls through the cracks and every qualified prospect gets on a call.
When you are NOT engaging in these items, your job is to remain proactive. Be creative, find leads, be hungry.
What You'll Do
Lead Qualification: Review every inbound lead within 2 hours. Assess fit using our qualification criteria (practice type, state, number of providers, services offered, timeline). Tag and score leads in GoHighLevel. Route qualified leads to the sales calendar.
Appointment Setting: Reach out to qualified leads via
CRM Management: Maintain GoHighLevel pipeline with accurate deal stages, notes, and next steps for every active lead. Update deal values, close dates, and contact information. Generate weekly pipeline reports (total leads, qualified leads, calls booked, calls completed, proposals sent, deals in progress).
Proposal & Document Support: Assemble customized proposals using our templates (fill in client-specific details: state, practice type, number of providers, recommended tier). Prepare compliance assessment memos from discovery call notes. Send proposals to prospects and track open/view status.
Follow-Up: Execute systematic follow-up sequences for leads at every stage — new leads who haven't booked a call, prospects who've had a discovery call but haven't received a proposal, proposals that have been sent but not signed, and past prospects who said 'not now' (quarterly re-engagement). No lead goes more than 48 hours without a next step.
Webinar & Event Follow-Up: After every webinar, contact all registrants within 24 hours. Qualify attendees. Book discovery calls for hot leads. Add warm leads to nurture sequences.
Referral Partner Support: Track referral partner activity. Follow up with referred leads within 24 hours. Report referral conversions monthly.
What We're Looking For
Required: 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales support, SDR, or virtual assistant role (experience working for a U.S.-based company strongly preferred). Excellent written English — your
Nice to Have: Previous experience in healthcare, compliance, legal, or professional services sales support. Experience with appointment scheduling tools (Calendly, GoHighLevel Meetings). Experience writing or customizing proposals. Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional outreach.
