JOB OVERVIEW

You'll be calling US agency owners with one of the easiest offers to say yes to in B2B sales. We put up the money. They only pay when qualified sales meetings we booked for their sales teams happen.

ABOUT AXION

Axion is a performance-based pipeline partner for US marketing agencies. We fund and run the campaigns and SDR teams that put qualified business owners on our partners' sales calendars, using the same playbooks behind our own agencies.

Our partners pay only when a qualified owner shows up to a meeting with their sales team. No retainers, no setup fees, no long-term contracts. We invest our own capital first and only get paid when our partners do.

Feel free to learn more about Axion at ----------

THE ROLE

You'll book the first conversation between a marketing agency CEO and Axion.

Half your day is on the phone with agency owners across the US. The other half is research: finding the agencies we want to work with and building the list you call. Your job is to start the right conversations and get great agencies onto our calendar. Our team handles the rest.

Why this role stands out:

- A 4-hour night-shift calling block. You call from 10am to 2pm US Eastern (currently 10pm to 2am Philippine time). Your research hours are yours to schedule.
- An offer owners want to hear. Agencies take on zero risk and pay only for meetings that happen. That makes every cold call warmer.
- One offer to master. You'll work primarily on Axion's own offer, so you learn it deeply and get very good at it, fast.
- Direct coaching. You work directly with Adam, our VP of Partner Success, with a short huddle before every calling block and a recap after.
- Real growth. Hit your targets for 90 days and you move to Senior SDR with a higher base and bigger bonuses. As Axion grows, so do our sales & leadership roles, and every new seat goes to the people already here first.

WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE

- Research (about 4 hours, on your schedule): find US marketing agencies through Google and LinkedIn, check what they sell, review their case studies, confirm their US team size, and add the strong ones to your list.
- Huddle (15 minutes): role-play, objections, and the plan for the day.
- Calling block (10am to 2pm Eastern): call agency owners and CEOs, send follow-up emails, leave voicemails, and book fit calls onto our calendar.
- Recap (15 minutes): your numbers, your best calls, and what to sharpen tomorrow.

From time to time, a partner campaign may need extra hands. When it does, we may ask you to jump in for a few days and call during full US business hours. That work is paid on top of your regular pay, and it's one of the fastest ways to show us what you can do.

PAY

- $900/month base, in USD
- $20 for every qualified fit call you book that shows up
- $75 for every agency you book that becomes a partner
- Extra pay for any days you help on partner campaigns
- Senior SDR after 90 days at target: $1,050/month base, $25 per attended fit call, $100 per new partner
- Paid twice a month, straight to your Wise or Payoneer account
- At target, new SDRs earn about $1,200 to $1,500 a month

WHO YOU ARE

- You're competitive, and a "no" doesn't slow you down. You'd rather make the next dial than think about the last one.
- You're coachable. When you get feedback, we hear it on your very next call.
- You sound like a peer to a business owner, not a call center. Confident, relaxed and direct.
- You're detail-oriented. Your research is careful, because a bad list wastes everyone's calls.
- You take ownership. When the team needs you, you step up without being asked twice.
- You want a long-term role at a company you can grow inside, and you're curious about how marketing agencies grow and win clients.

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent spoken English that sounds natural to US business owners
- B2B cold calling or appointment setting experience with US companies (strongly preferred)
- An active LinkedIn account
- Wired headset and a quiet place to work
- Reliable internet, plus a backup plan if your power or internet drops
- A computer that runs Chrome with several tabs open
- Available Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm US Eastern, and able to work full US business hours (9am to 5pm Eastern) when a partner campaign needs you

HOW TO APPLY

We listen to every recording before we read anything else. Send all of the following:

1. Subject line: Axion SDR | [Your Name]
2. A voice recording of you reading the script below. Upload it to Google Drive or Vocaroo and paste the link. Say it the way you would on a live call.
3. Your LinkedIn profile link
4. Short answers to these questions:
a. Tell us about your cold calling experience: who you called, what you booked, and your best month.
b. An agency owner tells you, "We get all our clients from referrals." What do you say next?
c. What's your backup if your internet or power goes out during your shift?
d. What's a goal you're working toward right now, and how would this role help you get there?

Applications without a recording won't be reviewed.

SCRIPT FOR YOUR RECORDING

"Hi Mark, this is [your name] with Axion. I know I'm calling out of the blue, so I'll be quick. We work with marketing agencies that already have a strong sales team and want more qualified prospects on their sales team’s calendars. We fund the outreach ourselves, and agencies only pay for the meetings that are qualified and actually show. I'm not calling to sell you anything today. I just wanted to see if it makes sense to set up a quick 15-minute call this week to see if we're a fit. Would Thursday or Friday work better for you?"

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

1. Shortlisted applicants hear from us within 2 business days.
2. A 15-minute live call with a quick role-play.
3. If it's a fit, you start with one focused, paid training day.
4. Day two, you're on the phones.

We're hiring this week.
