JOB OVERVIEW

Lev Impressions is a growing custom apparel and promotional products company in Miami, USA. We do screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and sublimation for businesses, schools, teams, and events across the US. We're looking for a sharp, organized, people-oriented Sales Development Rep to own our inbound leads from first contact to closed order. You'll often be the first person a customer talks to, so you're the voice of our brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Respond quickly to inbound leads by phone, email, and chat
- Understand what each customer needs and recommend the right products and decoration methods
- Build and send professional quotes in our CRM
- Follow up consistently and help close deals
- Keep the pipeline organized and produce weekly sales reports
- Support the owner with admin and special projects

WHO YOU ARE
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent. You'll be on the phone with US business owners daily.
- Positive, upbeat energy. Customers can hear a smile through the phone, and you enjoy helping people.
- You write naturally without relying on AI for everyday messages, but you know how to use AI tools to work smarter
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- A go-getter and problem solver who takes ownership
- Warm, confident, and great with people
- You take feedback well and want to grow with the company
- Sales, customer service, or SDR experience is a big plus. Experience in apparel or promo products is a bonus.

SCHEDULE & PAY
- Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm US Eastern Time
- That's 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Time (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT when the US is on standard time, Nov–Mar)
- Base pay: $450–$550 USD per month, depending on experience, PLUS commission on closed deals
- Reliable internet, a backup power/internet plan, and a quiet place to take calls are required
- Full training and support will be provided to the right candidate
- Long-term role with real room to grow as our marketing scales
