About CareAutomate

CareAutomate is a Medicaid billing and operations automation platform built for Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) providers across the United States. We help agencies eliminate claim rejections, automate EVV compliance, and get paid faster — without the manual chaos that comes with Medicaid billing. Our buyers are Executive Directors, Billing Managers, and Program Directors at HCBS agencies navigating complex state Medicaid programs. We operate across multiple US states and are expanding rapidly.

About the Role

We are hiring a seasoned, full-time Sales Development Representative based in the Philippines to own the top of our sales funnel. You will cold call, email, engage US-based HCBS agency decision-makers, schedule, complete the demo and close the sale. This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who can run a sharp, professional outreach conversation, book & complete qualified demos consistently.

What You Will Do

Make 60–80 outbound cold calls per day to HCBS agency decision-makers across the US
Execute multi-touch email cadences via Smartlead targeting Executive Directors and Billing Managers
Qualify prospects through discovery conversations, book and perform software demos
Handle objections with education-led rebuttals
Log all activity accurately in HubSpot CRM daily: calls, emails, outcomes, and next steps
Research target agencies on prospecting softwares before outreach to personalize messaging by state and program
Meet or exceed weekly KPIs: dials, connects, qualified conversations, and demos booked

What We Need From You

Non-Negotiable Requirements
3–4+ years of B2B SDR or inside sales experience
Selling software or SaaS products to US clients
Native or near-native English fluency — spoken and written
Proven cold calling track record with measurable metrics to show
Availability during US business hours (EST / CST / PST)
Reliable internet and a quiet, professional calling environment

Strong Advantage
HubSpot CRM experience — required for daily activity logging

Selling into healthcare, compliance, or government-funded software
Familiarity with Medicaid, HCBS, or the home health sector
Prior BPO or offshore US sales experience
Ability to write cold email sequences from scratch
Background in quota-carrying SDR roles

Communication Standard

We require US-standard spoken English. You will be calling Executive Directors and Billing Managers at healthcare agencies — people who will disengage the ---------- nt they sense a scripted or low-quality call. Your tone must be warm, confident, and conversational. You must be able to run a live discovery, pivot naturally when a prospect pushes back, and close for the next step without reading off a sheet.

Compensation & Structure

Base Pay: Competitive and negotiable based on experience
Commission: Per qualified demo booked and per closed deal
Hours: Full-time, aligned to US business hours (EST/CST/PST)
Contract Type: Full-time remote contractor
