The Role
Next Wave Services is hiring a Sales Development & Closing Specialist to own inbound leads from first contact to closed deal.
This is a hands-on execution role. You live in the CRM, follow up relentlessly, talk to leads daily, and close business. No fluff. No handoffs. You make revenue happen.
Core Responsibilities
Own Go High Level end-to-end (CRM, pipelines, funnels, follow-ups)
Clean up and maintain pipelines so nothing slips
Respond to inbound leads fast (calls, texts,
Run discovery calls and qualify leads
Close deals independently when appropriate
Pull in the founder only for high-value or edge cases
Create, send, and follow up on proposals
Track deal status, conversion rates, and follow-up discipline
What Success Looks Like
Every inbound lead contacted quickly and consistently
CRM is clean, accurate, and trusted
Clear qualification standards in place
Founder time protected from low-quality calls
Closed deals happening weekly
Required Experience
Strong hands-on Go High Level experience (non-negotiable)
Native-level English; clear, confident phone presence
Experience closing service-based B2B deals
Comfortable calling, following up, and pushing deals forward
Organized, accountable, and self-directed
Higher commission for deals closed without founder involvement
