We are looking for a relentless, articulate, and strategic sales professional to join our team. We specialize in Temporary Wall Systems—providing modular, airtight, and professional containment solutions for construction sites, hospitals, and commercial renovations.

This isn’t a "volume-only" sweatshop role. We value quality over quantity. You will be targeting high-value decision-makers and setting appointments that lead to five-figure contracts.

Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct targeted cold calls to General Contractors, Project Managers, and Facility Directors.
• Lead Qualification: Identify upcoming renovation projects in ConstructConnect and Hubspot and determine if our modular systems are a fit.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality walkthroughs or discovery calls for our sales engineers.
• CRM Management: Keep our pipeline clean and updated in Excel and Hubspot.
• Follow-up: Be the "persistent professional" who stays on a lead's radar without being a nuisance.

The Ideal Candidate
• Construction Industry Fluency: You know what a "GC" is, you understand the pressure of construction timelines, and you aren't intimidated by the industry.
• Exceptional English: Native-level fluency with a neutral or professional accent is required.
• The "Hunter" Mentality: You don't get discouraged by "No." You see it as a data point on the way to a "Yes."
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with VOIP software, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Research.
