JOB OVERVIEW

Jackson’s Elite Cleaning Co. is a residential cleaning business serving the Metro Atlanta area. We are looking for a reliable, proactive virtual assistant who can help turn qualified inquiries into booked cleanings and keep customers and cleaners coordinated.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from phone, text, website, Google Local Services Ads, and social media.
• Call or text prequalified leads, ask our approved questions, explain services, follow our pricing guidelines, and help convert qualified leads into booked appointments. Escalate unusual requests or pricing exceptions rather than guessing.
• Keep lead and customer records accurate in our systems, including GoHighLevel (GHL) and Quo; use ScheduleDrop or similar scheduling tools as trained.
• Coordinate confirmed jobs with cleaners/subcontractors: share the approved scope, schedule, customer notes, and access details; confirm they received the assignment and flag coverage issues early.
• Support customer success before and after cleanings, including confirmations, follow-ups, rebooking, review requests, and prompt escalation of service concerns.
• Create or schedule simple social media posts and keep online business directories/listings current.
• Follow our SOPs, keep clear notes, and communicate reliably with the owners and team.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong spoken and written English and a warm, confident phone presence.
• Experience in phone sales, appointment setting, lead follow-up, customer service, or customer operations. You are comfortable making outbound calls and following up until a lead has a clear next step.
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to handle customer conversations professionally while juggling follow-ups and scheduling.
• Cleaning or other home-services experience is preferred, but not required for someone with strong transferable sales and coordination skills.
• GHL, Quo, ScheduleDrop, or other CRM/scheduling experience is a plus; we can train the right person on our tools and processes.

SCHEDULE
Ongoing remote role, Monday–Friday, 6–8 hours per day (at least 6 hours daily / 30 hours per week). Must have meaningful overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours for live lead and cleaner coordination. Please state your available working hours in U.S. Eastern Time.

PAY AND GROWTH
$4–$6 USD per hour depending on relevant experience, plus commission opportunities tied to performance. We offer opportunities for pay increases and advancement as you perform well, take on more responsibility, and grow with the business. Commission details and performance expectations will be explained during the hiring process.
