JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Hiring: Sales & Customer Care VA | Remote

We’re looking for a sales-driven and customer-focused Virtual Assistant who is confident on the phone and experienced in lead follow-up, appointment setting, and converting opportunities into bookings.

Full-Time Role
Rate: $6–$7 USD/hour
Remote

What You’ll Do:
• Follow up with warm & cold leads via calls, email, and SMS
• Respond quickly to inbound leads and customer inquiries
• Convert qualified leads into bookings
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
• Assist with client onboarding and setup
• Provide backup customer and administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For:
✓ Proven sales or lead conversion experience
✓ Confident handling inbound & outbound calls
✓ Strong spoken and written English
✓ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✓ Organized with strong follow-through
✓ Comfortable using CRM and online tools
✓ Able to work independently and meet sales targets

Big Plus: Experience with cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, Salesforce, email/SMS campaigns, inside sales, or business development.
