JOB OVERVIEW

Need someone who speaks PERFECT English and is SMART. You'll be handling hot, company generated leads. Talking like a buffoon cannot happen.

Who has great focus, works hard, and listens the first time. A confident leader. Sticks to the script!

This is NOT a cold calling position. These are new, company generated, with purpose stated inquiries. You are expected to get results here immediately.

There is huge growth opportunity. We are a start up water purification company. Booming with the best deal in the industry and supplying to other companies accross America. You will be consultant for a National American Brand one day if you succeed.
Commission is set to increase upon performance.

Minimum performance = 1 live transfer per hour. A live transfer to a consultant earns you $7. The sale does not have to close, you just have to connect our consultant. There will be a $3 bonus upon closings, as well. Considering these are new company inbound leads, anything less than 1 per hour means you aren't working and/or capable.
Standard performance = 2-4 live transfers per hour.

Excellent Communication - Positive and intelligent.
Supreme Organization - Keep meticulous notes and recordings of calls. A customer forgotten is a lost sale. We always keep our word and we never let our customers down.
Blissfully Hustle - Make calls and transfer to a consultant for a sale. Make yourself bonuses and have fun!
Extreme Ownership - Treat the company like you own it and it will pay you as such!

Days: Monday - Saturday.
Hours (EST): 7am-10am. Break. 4pm-8pm.

You must sound like a native US speaker. Do NOT tryout if you have a noticeable accent.
You must be energetic. Do not tryout if you aren't a leader.
