About the Role
We are a growing automation agency providing AI receptionist systems that help businesses never miss another call, capture more leads, and book more appointments automatically.
We are looking for a professional, confident Business Development Assistant to support outbound outreach, cold calling, follow-ups, and appointment setting. This role is critical to our growth and requires strong communication skills, consistency, and comfort speaking with business owners.
???? Compensation & Performance Advancement
Month 1 (Onboarding Period):
• $150 per week base compensation
Month 2 (Performance-Based Increase):
• Base pay increases to $250 per week upon successfully moving 2–4 clients forward with our program
Month 3 (Top Performance Tier):
• Base pay increases to $500 per week when consistently moving 5–7 clients forward

This role is designed for results-driven individuals seeking a long-term opportunity with upward earning potential. We are selectively hiring candidates who are confident in outbound communication, disciplined in follow-up, and committed to growing with the company.
Performance Bonus:
In addition to your base pay, you will earn a $50 bonus for every client that moves forward with our program as a direct result of your outreach (i.e., booked calls that convert to paying clients).
This bonus is paid on top of your regular compensation and is designed to reward consistency, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
Compensation Example: During your first month, base pay is $150 per week. If you successfully move five (5) clients forward in a given week, you will earn an additional $25 per client, bringing your total weekly compensation to $275, excluding any additional incentives

???? Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers
• Conduct short qualification conversations to identify fit
• Clearly and confidently explain our AI receptionist solution (training provided)
• Book demos and discovery calls using our scheduling system
• Send and manage follow-up SMS and
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM (GoHighLevel or similar)
• Move leads through defined pipeline stages (New ? Contacted ? Qualified ? Booked ? Follow-up)
• Follow daily calling and follow-up schedules consistently
• Handle objections professionally and calmly
• Communicate feedback and results clearly to management

???? Required Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent spoken English (clear, confident, neutral accent preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals
• Experience with cold calling, appointment setting, or sales outreach
• Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural (not robotic)
• Experience using CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Comfortable sending SMS and
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Able to stay consistent with daily outreach goals
• Professional tone, calm demeanor, and positive attitude
