THE JOB:

We're a U.S.-based graphic design agency that has been running strong for nearly 10 years. We sell recurring monthly design subscriptions to businesses and we're looking for one sharp, confident Sales Closer to be the voice of this company.
This is not a grind-from-scratch commission-only hustle. You come in with a guaranteed base salary on day one. Then you earn a healthy bonus every single time you close on top of that base. The more you close, the more you make. It's that simple.

Here's what the role actually looks like:
When a warm lead comes in (a prospect who has already responded to our outreach and raised their hand) you call them. Fast. Your job is to have a real conversation, understand their business, and close the deal. We give you the leads. You make the call.

On days when warm leads aren't flowing, you'll be cold calling U.S. businesses from targeted lists.
We show you exactly how to build those lists and what to say. No guessing, no winging it. You'll be fully trained before you ever pick up the phone on our behalf.

What you earn:
$500/month guaranteed base — every month, no matter what
30% bonus on every new client you close
Close just 1–2 clients a month and you're earning up to $1,600+

What we're looking for:
This role comes down to one thing: how you sound on the phone.
You need to be the kind of person that a U.S. business owner hears and immediately thinks: this person knows what they're talking about.

Excellent spoken English.
clear, natural, and confident

Neutral or near-neutral accent.
You will be speaking with business owners across the United States

Real sales or closing experience...
not customer service, not appointment setting, actual closing

Quiet, professional workspace:
reliable internet and a good headset are non-negotiable

We provide full training on the product, the call structure, how to handle objections, and how to prospect. You don't need to know graphic design. You need to know how to sell.
