About the company
Flõu is a SaaS platform launching in 2026 for independent aesthetic and beauty clinic owners in the UK. We solve three problems every clinic owner faces getting new clients, keeping them coming back, and building monthly membership income. We are currently signing founding members at a special introductory price before we open to the public.
This is a startup at an exciting stage. The product is proven, the audience is warm, and we need a closer who can convert qualified conversations into paying customers.
What you will be doing
You will take booked discovery calls with UK clinic owners who have already expressed interest in Flõu. On each call you will ask three key questions to understand their clinic, identify which problems Flõu solves for them specifically, present the founding member offer clearly and confidently, handle objections, and ask for the close. After a successful close you will send the Stripe payment link immediately on the call, confirm the deal in Zoho CRM, and brief the onboarding team.
You will be given a full sales script, objection handler document, and product training before your first call. You will not be starting from cold.
What we are looking for
You have closed sales on video or phone calls before, ideally for a SaaS, coaching, or digital product. You are confident, warm, and consultative this is not a hard sell, it is a problem-solution conversation. You listen more than you talk. You handle objections calmly without being pushy. You follow a script but can adapt when the conversation requires it. You are fluent in spoken and written English. You are available for calls during UK business hours typically Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK time.
Previous experience selling to small business owners, clinic owners, or in the health and beauty space is highly desirable.
What we offer
monthly base salary to start. Commission paid per founding member confirmed structure shared at interview, but this role has strong earning potential as volume grows. Fully remote. Full product training and a proven sales script provided. Direct mentorship from the founder. Real progression as Flõu scales.
