About the Role

We’re a fast-growing MedSpa looking for a rockstar sales closer who can convert warm leads into booked appointments and confidently upsell premium treatment plans. You’ll speak with clients across the United States—by phone, SMS, and email—guiding them from curiosity to commitment with a high-trust, consultative approach.

This is not “order taking.” This is ethical persuasion, a clear recommendation, and a strong closing—while delivering a luxury client experience.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
1. Close warm inbound leads into consultations, treatment packages, and memberships (phone-first).
2. Run consultative sales calls: ask great questions, uncover goals/pain points, recommend the right plan.
3. Upsell and cross-sell (e.g., packages, add-ons, skincare, post-care, membership upgrades) in a natural, helpful way.
4. Handle objections with confidence: pricing, timing, spouse approval, fear/anxiety, and “I need to think about it.”
5. Drive show rate and reduce cancellations/no-shows with follow-up and confirmation processes.
6. Follow up consistently via SMS + email + phone, using clear sequences and strong call-to-actions.
7. Maintain clean CRM notes: call outcomes, next steps, client preferences, and treatment interests.
8. Collaborate with providers and the front desk to ensure a seamless handoff and exceptional experience.
9. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.

1. Lead-to-booked conversion rate
2. Close rate on consultations/treatment plans
3. Average order value (AOV) & upsell rate
4. Show rate / reduction in no-shows
5. Speed-to-lead and follow-up compliance

Who You Are
Must-Haves
1. Proven closer with 2+ years in high-converting phone sales (MedSpa, aesthetics, dental, wellness, or high-ticket services strongly preferred).
2. Strong experience selling packages, memberships, and recurring plans (not just single sessions).
3. You’re confident and persuasive without being pushy—clients feel supported, not sold.
4. Excellent verbal communication: warm tone, clear structure, strong control of the call.
5. Objection-handling is your strength. You can close with empathy and certainty.
6. Tech-comfortable: CRM pipelines, call tracking, texts, email sequences, and reporting.
7. Reliable, responsive, and consistent—your follow-up game is elite.

Nice-to-Haves
1. Experience with MedSpa platforms/CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel, Boulevard, PatientPop, HubSpot).
2. Understanding of common aesthetic services (injectables, lasers, facials, body contouring, and skincare plans).
3. Background in performance-based sales environments with commission structures.

Schedule & Work Style
1. Work hours aligned to U.S. time zones (typically Eastern/Central coverage).
2. Availability for peak lead times: afternoons/evenings and some weekends (depending on demand).
3. Fast-paced environment with clear targets, coaching, and room to grow.

1. Base + commission ($15/appointment) + performance bonuses (top performers earn top-tier income).
