JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We're Typesite — we use AI to build custom websites for small businesses in under 30 minutes. Our product is live, we have paying customers, and we need someone to help us grow by reaching business owners who don't have a website yet.

The Role:
You'll be calling US-based small business owners (landscapers, contractors, cleaning companies, etc.) who we've already identified as not having a website. This is a two-call process:

Call 1 — The Easy Call:
You offer to build them a free custom website. No catch, no credit card. You ask about their business, collect some basic info, and we build their site using AI in about 30 minutes.

Call 2 — The Close:
You call them back, walk them through their finished website, and close them on a $50/month hosting subscription. They're looking at a real site with their business name, photos, and services already on it. You're not selling an idea — you're showing them something that's already built for them.

Compensation:
- $8-10/hr base (depending on experience)
- $50 commission for every new paying subscriber you close
- Top performers can realistically earn $3,000-4,000+ per month

Schedule:
- 30 hours/week (flexible within US business hours, roughly 8am-5pm EST)
- Long-term ongoing role, not a short project

- A product that builds itself in 30 minutes (you don't need to know anything technical)
- A free offer for the first call that makes the conversation easy
- Training on the product and the close

You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience calling US-based customers and are comfortable with American conversational style
- Sound natural and warm on the phone — not robotic or scripted
- Have done cold calling, appointment setting, or phone sales before
- Can manage your own callback schedule without being micromanaged
- Speak clear, confident English
- Get excited about commission because you know you can close
