Sales Closer – Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Services

Schedule: US Eastern Hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST), Monday–Friday

We run two digital marketing companies based in the US:
BrandSwaggin — a full-service web design and marketing agency.
BrandBots — an AI-powered outbound lead generation service that creates real sales conversations for businesses using deeply personalized
We're growing fast and we need a closer — someone who can get on calls, build rapport quickly, and turn warm conversations into paying clients.
What You'll Be Doing
Getting on sales calls daily with prospects who have already expressed interest (we generate the leads — you close them)
Running 20–25 minute discovery and demo calls for BrandBots and BrandSwaggin services
Walking prospects through live platform demos and explaining how our lead gen and marketing services work
Following up with prospects via
Closing deals on the call — no lengthy proposal chains, no weeks of back-and-forth
Tracking your pipeline and updating our CRM (OnePageCRM) daily
Switching between selling lead generation, SEO, web design, and other digital marketing services depending on the prospect's needs
Providing feedback on what objections you're hearing so we can sharpen our offer and materials
Who You Are
You MUST have:
Proven experience selling digital marketing services (lead gen, SEO, web design, paid ads, or similar)
A strong understanding of how these services work — not just surface-level buzzwords, but real knowledge of the sales structure behind tech and marketing services
Native-level English speaking ability — you will be on calls with US-based business owners daily, and you need to sound natural, confident, and credible
Real, demonstrable results — closed deals, revenue generated, conversion rates. We want to see numbers, not just job titles.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace for calls
The discipline to work US Eastern hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST) consistently without supervision
You ARE:

You've never actually sold a service — just "managed accounts" or "handled inquiries"
You can't explain what a sales funnel, ICP, or discovery call is without Googling it
