We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and results-driven Virtual Assistant to handle both cold calling and closing sales for our virtual assistant agency. You’ll be reaching out to U.S.-based businesses, introducing our services, and securing new clients.
This is not just an appointment-setting role — you’ll be responsible for guiding prospects through the full sales process and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
• Call U.S.-based businesses from provided lead lists
• Use a proven script to introduce our services and qualify prospects
• Overcome objections and explain the value of working with our agency
• Close new clients and secure signed agreements
• Update CRM/spreadsheets with call notes, lead status, and deals closed
• Follow up with prospects via phone,
Requirements:
• Strong spoken English (clear, professional, minimal accent)
• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or closing deals
• Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly
• Comfortable handling objections and negotiations
• Reliable internet + quiet workspace
• Familiarity with tools like Google Voice, Zoom, or CRM systems
Nice to Have:
• Previous experience selling services to U.S. businesses
• Background in B2B sales, virtual assistants, or outsourcing services
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Compensation:
• Base Pay: $5/hr
• Commission:
• $30 for each client closed
• Performance Bonuses: Extra payouts for hitting monthly targets
