As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Closer to join our remote team. This role plays a critical part in converting qualified leads into finalized rental or lease agreements and supporting our expanding operations.

Position Overview
The Sales Closer will be responsible for handling warm, qualified leads and guiding them through the final stages of our rental or leasing process. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales experience, and a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate is professional, persuasive, and committed to delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Convert pre-qualified leads into successful rental or lease agreements by following up promptly and closing sales effectively.
2. Engage with clients via phone, email, text, and messaging platforms to understand their vehicle needs and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Confidently handle client objections and clearly explain the terms, programs, and benefits.
4. Guide clients through all required documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and performance metrics.
6. Collaborate with the Lead Generation and Operations teams to optimize the sales process and improve lead quality.
7. Provide feedback for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, particularly in rental, auto leasing, real estate, or other service-based industries.
Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms is an advantage.
Social media content creation experience is a plus, but not required.
