Sales Closer — Assisted Living Academy & Consulting

Compensation: Commission-based, with a hourly rate.

Hours: ~5 hrs/week to start, flexible

About Us

We help aspiring entrepreneurs become licensed owners and administrators of assisted living facilities (ARF and RCFE) here in California — from licensing and certification to funding and ongoing operations consulting. We’re a small, fast-moving team, and we’re looking for a closer who can turn warm leads into enrolled clients.

What You’ll Do
• Work warm inbound leads generated from our social media and ad campaigns (Instagram, Facebook)
• Run discovery calls, understand each lead’s goals, and match them to the right program
• Close sales for our licensing and consulting packages (ranging from $5,997–$9,997)
• Offer our ARF Administrator Certification Course (ICTP, $444) to qualified leads
• Use our $27 e-book as an objection-handling tool to move hesitant leads forward
• Track every call and outcome in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Follow our proven scripts and objection-handling playbook — and help us refine them

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience closing leads sourced from social media — please share specifics (platforms, offer price points, close rates) in your application
• Confident, consultative phone/video presence — you can build trust quickly and handle objections without sounding pushy
• Comfortable with high-ticket sales ($5K+ offers)
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline with light oversight
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs is a plus

Compensation Structure

• Commission on every closed sale (rate discussed during interview)
• Full training on our offer, scripts, and process provided
