About us:
First Class Auto Center is an established automotive enhancement shop in New Jersey, USA. We specialize in [ceramic coating, paint protection film, window tint, detailing, wraps, etc.] for car owners who want to protect and upgrade their vehicles.

Our marketing brings in 20–30 inbound inquiries every day from people who already want our services. We're looking for a sharp, confident closer to respond fast, build trust, and turn those inquiries into booked, paying customers.

This is NOT cold calling. Every lead comes to you.

This is a long-term, full-time position working directly with the owner. No agencies, please.

What you'll do

Respond to inbound leads within minutes on Instagram, Facebook, text, email, and phone
Answer questions about our services and pricing with confidence
Qualify leads, handle objections, and book appointments on our calendar
Follow up with leads who didn't book yet
Track conversations and results in our CRM

Who we're looking for

Excellent, natural American English, written and spoken. Customers should feel like they're texting someone local, not reading a script.
At least [1–2] years of sales experience with US clients (please include your results: conversion rate, appointments booked, revenue closed)
Comfortable on the phone with American customers
Fast, organized, and never lets a lead go cold
Competitive and motivated by commission
Bonus: experience selling automotive, home services, or other high-ticket services to Americans

Schedule

Full-time, US Eastern Time business hours: [e.g., 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday & Saturday 9-3]
