JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a confident and experienced Sales Closer to join our digital marketing agency. You will speak with qualified prospects, understand their business goals and challenges, present the right marketing solution, handle objections, and close new clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct sales calls with qualified leads
Understand each prospect’s business, goals, needs, and challenges
Present digital marketing services clearly and confidently
Handle objections related to pricing, timing, trust, and services
Follow up with prospects who are not ready to make a decision
Close qualified prospects and meet sales targets
Keep accurate notes and update opportunities in the CRM
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client handoffs
Maintain strong communication throughout the sales process

Requirements

Proven experience in sales closing, preferably for a digital marketing agency
Experience selling services such as SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, CRM, or lead generation
Strong communication and active listening skills
Confident handling objections and asking for the sale
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Organized and experienced using a CRM
Goal-driven and able to work independently
Professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment
