WORK HOURS: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Toronto Time (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
PAY: Php 25,000/month + performance bonuses

ABOUT THE ROLE (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

This is not a task-only Virtual Assistant role.

We are hiring a Sales & Client Support Coordinator who is comfortable:

* taking ownership of client conversations
* following up when clients don’t reply
* discussing pricing and availability
* helping move clients toward a booking decision

If you prefer avoiding follow-ups, pricing conversations, or client pressure, this role is not a good fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Respond promptly to new client inquiries
* Prepare accurate quotes and explain options clearly
* Follow up with clients who haven’t replied
* Handle questions about pricing and availability with confidence
* Keep leads organized so no inquiry is missed
* Move conversations forward toward booking
* Hand off confirmed bookings smoothly to operations

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

* 2+ years of client-facing sales or client support experience
* Previous experience working with Canada- or US-based companies
* Strong spoken and written English
* Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and email
* Comfortable following up multiple times when needed
* Organized, proactive, and accountable
* Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
* Available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Toronto time
