We’re hiring a Sales & Client Success Representative to engage with prospects from our cold
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact, responding quickly and professionally to inbound replies, keeping conversations organized, and leading onboarding calls.

Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound replies from Smartlead campaigns.
• Manage and organize inbox communication (sorting, tagging, follow-ups).
• Escalate hot leads to management as needed.
• Schedule and conduct client onboarding calls.
• Ensure smooth handoff from outreach to client success.
• Track communication history to ensure no lead goes idle.
Qualifications
• 1–2 years experience in a client-facing or sales support role.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to handle U.S.-based client communication with confidence.
• With broad experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel)
• Experience managing inbox replies (Smartlead.ai).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple conversations without losing track.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed.
Salary & Work Setup
PHP 30,000 – 50,000 (depending on experience)
Part-Time to Full-Time transition as workload scales
Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM ICT (10 AM – 6 PM Manila time)
100% Remote
