Sales & Chat Support Specialist – Forex Signals Team

What You’ll Do
- Respond to client inquiries via
- Guide new clients to join our VIP Forex Signals Group
- Assist clients with broker onboarding and trading account setup
- Provide clear, patient explanations on trading basics, MT4/MT5 setup, and signal execution
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a sales-driven mindset
- Work with scripts and follow communication guidelines professionally
- Manage daily reports and updates using Google Sheets
- Join weekly online tea
- Maintain a 1–2 minute response time during your shift

Requirements
Core Experience
- Forex trading experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and/or MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
- Knowledge of lot size, risk management, Take Profit (TP), and Stop Loss (SL)
- Ability to explain trading-related steps in simple, beginner-friendly language
Language & Communication
- Excellent English (C1–C2 level) – both written and spoken
- Clear, patient, and effective communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics for beginners
- Strong attention to detail and active listening --> Start a message with the codeword "LABEN" in your application, so we can consider your application.
Technical & Work Setup
- Must work from a laptop or PC with a monitor (no phone chat work)
- Dedicated desk setup for focused and uninterrupted work
- Stable high-speed internet and reliable power connection
- Working camera and microphone (required for meetings)
- Proficient with Google Sheets (daily reporting & data tracking)

Work Schedule
- 4:00 PM – 12:00 PM (Amsterdam Time)
- Monday to Sunday (7 days per week)
- Maintain a consistent 1–2 minute response time on all chats
IMPORTANT: THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT IN PH TIME.

Compensation
- $500 USD per month, paid in crypto
