The Role
This is a relationship-focused sales and business development role, not a high-pressure call centre position. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with relevant organisations to source ongoing cleaning opportunities.
You will be representing an established, professional brand — confidence, clarity, and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
-Engaging with real estate agents, property managers, commercial businesses, and support services
-Introducing our services and explaining our value proposition
-Identifying potential ongoing cleaning opportunities
-Building and maintaining professional relationships
-Following up leads and managing ongoing conversations
-Keeping accurate records of outreach, responses, and follow-ups
-Supporting management with sales and business development activities
-Communicating professionally and respectfully at all times
Requirements & Experience
A successful candidate should have:
-Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Support, or Business Development Assistant
-Strong spoken and written English
-Confidence engaging with business professionals and service organisations
-A professional phone and online communication manner
-Strong organisational and follow-up skills
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-Reliable internet connection and suitable work environment
Bonus (not essential):
-Experience working with Australian businesses
-B2B outreach or relationship-based sales experience
-Experience engaging with support services or community organisations
-Any online portfolio or examples of past work
