JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established travel company specialising in tours, travel experiences, transportation, cruises, and customised holiday packages in Vietnam. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Representative based in the Philippines to help us expand our B2B network.

Your Responsibilities
Identify and approach travel agencies, tour operators, and relevant travel businesses in the Philippines.
Introduce our company and travel products to potential B2B partners.
Build and develop long-term relationships with travel agencies.
Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.
Generate genuine business opportunities and qualified enquiries.
Follow up with potential partners and support the development of new business.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and results.
Requirements
Must be currently based in the Philippines.
Experience in Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Outbound Sales.
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and business development.
Able to work independently and proactively.
Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Existing connections with travel agencies or tourism businesses would be a significant advantage.

We are not simply looking for someone to collect a list of leads. We are looking for a proactive person who can genuinely communicate with potential travel partners, introduce our company, build relationships, and create real B2B business opportunities.

This position will initially start as a paid trial through Upwork. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work with us on a long-term basis.
