JOB OVERVIEW

**GoDetail Sales Representative**

Salary: $1400 USD /month base + performance bonuses $600 USD per month

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:
*Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience
*Must be able to provide proof of previous sales experience or performance
*C1 or C2 English proficiency
*Strong spoken English and the ability to confidently communicate with U.S.-based customers
*Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), daily
*Strong phone presence, confidence, and communication skills

GoDetail is looking for a driven Sales Representative to handle inbound leads, follow up with prospects, and turn inquiries into booked appointments. This is not a basic customer service or virtual assistant position. Your primary responsibility is to SELL.

You’ll be selling automotive detailing, ceramic coatings, window tint, paint protection film (PPF), and other premium automotive appearance services.

We’re looking for someone who is confident on the phone, competitive, organized, persistent with follow-up, and capable of closing customers without sounding scripted or pushy.

Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls, texts, website leads, and customer inquiries quickly
* Understand the customer’s vehicle, needs, and goals before recommending a service
* Recommend and sell the appropriate service or package
* Quote detailing, ceramic coatings, window tint, PPF, and add-on services
* Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet booked
* Overcome objections involving price, timing, and service options
* Upsell customers into higher-value services when they genuinely make sense
* Collect deposits and convert leads into booked appointments
* Maintain accurate customer notes, opportunities, and follow-ups inside our CRM
* Re-engage previous customers and old leads to generate additional business
* Coordinate with managers and technicians to ensure customers are sold the correct services
* Maintain a professional and helpful customer experience from the first conversation through booking

**What We’re Looking For:**

* 2+ years of proven sales experience — REQUIRED
* C1 or C2 English proficiency
* Excellent phone and communication skills
* Comfortable asking for the sale and confidently closing customers
* Strong objection-handling skills
* Competitive and motivated by results
* Excellent follow-up habits
* Highly organized and capable of managing a large pipeline of leads
* Coachable and willing to follow GoDetail’s sales process
* Comfortable learning automotive services, packages, pricing, and warranties
* Automotive industry experience is helpful, but not required
